yo eric, well i realize you're a newbie, so here's the benefit of the doubt. the 300zx rotor is 5 x 100 or 5 x 114.3.....can't remember, i've been drinking all night. ......., the stock s13 hub is 4 x 114.3......5 lug does not fit on 4 lug. so............................you want the 300zx caliper and rotor. the caliper itself fits perfectly (for the most part) now, you need a rotor that would fit such a caliper. so naturally since you are using 300zx calipers, you would want to use 300zx rotors. here is the problem. you will have to have the rotor redrilled so that it can mate to your stock hub..........which is 4 x 114.3 .....................don't want to be a *****, i know that if you read this thread fully, you'll see all my answers.............if i give you too much info, i'll get *****ed at and berated by some of the other old school guys so.......read, and if you want, IM me. i'll be glad to help.
YES I FIGURED OUT MY OLD USERNAME! =)
well anyways just to clear things up, i already understood why people "have" to redrill the rotors. but i still stand by what i say, when i say that redrilling the rotors is bad for the rotor itself.
