Today I went to a car wash to get the snow and salt off my car, and the wash did what I was planning on doing later on. Ripped the wing off my rear hatch. I was gonna take it off sooner or later anyways once i got the 180SX JDM skyline wing, but i guess the car wash had better plans for it.

it seems like all of these exhausts are kind of ricey looking... my friend has the greddy evo exhaust for his eclipse and it looks better. no offense intended

 

dude, awesome car. i understand about the wing i have one on my car and it haunts me too but your right about the function. by the way how much was your ca18det im planning on doing a swap in my 89 coupe and the sr20det's are getting too damn expensive

does anyone have any sound clips of their exhausts? that hiper exhaust is nice... im not really digging the dual N1.

 

if i recall correctly... zilvia.net has some sound clips but not many.... www.HKSusa.com has videos of alittle more then half of their stuff... its really really helpful if they had sound clips and stuff like that...cause at first i really wanted the HKS dragger II but now that i've seen it, i think i've changed my mind.... anyways....

yeah... only the canisters are stainless... but hey, it was $25, can't beat that...

 

I must admit, I was not a fan of the size of the HKS Hiper exhaust. Does it look ricey? Yes. Does it sound extremely nice? Yes. It's deep and it doesn't get raspy at all. My friend has an Apexi N1 on his 240 (similar to the HKS Hiper) and it sounds nothing like mine! The muffler is huge....all I have to say to that is...No restrictions, minimal bends. That's what the exhaust was made for. Works for me.
