My Kouki In middle of a huge conversion project
I have a 1997 5 SPEED yes it was original 5 speed 240sx. I am completely upgrading this car. So far.

I don't think that you will have a problem running mid to low 13's. My friend used to have a SR swap in his S13 and he just threw the boost up a little ( 10 psi), had the Apex'i N1, 300zx fuel pump, Tein coilovers, and some 17's and he was running a 13.8 on street tires.
