Everyone just gave the info u needed to know and it seems as if you STILL DONT GET IT!

For the S13 Silvia Conv.
you need the S13 hood, fenders, lights, brackets, front bumper.

yeah i know.. isnt that what i said? well maybe it sounded different in my head.. i know i need an s13 bumper,hood,fenders,lights,brackets

the bumper cannot be from any s13. It has to be from a silvia s13 bumper. I guess you can use it, but need to be modified a little bit. The hood is the same. You cannot use any s13 hood. It has to be a silvia hood, not a 180/240sx hood.
