I was just wondering how much a good paint job costs?

what do you mean by "good"? anywhere from 2k to 20k depending on how particular you are.

1k-3k usually...that is for a good one!

just a basic 1 color paint job would be what i'm lookin for .....

1 color enamel is like 300-500 but you really don't want that... a decent job with clearcoat should start at around 1200k depending on color, any bodywork to be done/fixed, etc.

I have a guy over here in Montana that is painting mine, doing all the body work, new front bumper, beautiful Deep Metallic Red with Red Satin pearl added in for $1560.

This guy is a body genious, that is why he says he can usually do a paint job for a price like that.

Anyway, for Black or silver he told me it would of been even cheaper.
