No, it's the PDM lip. That car is Don Nimi's. He owns PDM Racing and makes a copy of the Bomex lip. He has a Bomex wangan wing though. Look on the site www.pdm-racing.com I really like his kit

well he can call it whatever, but it is an original Bomex lip, that was copied by pdm
