Question Sleepy headlights

Hey ive been thinkin about a S13 front end conversion but i have decided jus to stick w/ pop up lamps. However, i kind of like the "Sleepy" look w/ the half open lamps. Does anyone know if this can be done with what comes on the car or do i have to buy a kit or something? Basically i want to have a wide range of adjustability but do not want to screw up the motors. Any Ideas?? The look im going for is sorta D1/180sx , and im looking for a place to buy Kouki(spellin might be off) Tail lights. Is there any nice d1 looking kits out there, that isnt too gaudy, but is also well designed for airflow? thanks
