sleepy headlights

hey guys i JUST bought my 92 240sx and i love it. the guy that had it before me decided to cut the wire so that he could push the button on the inside to have the headlights stop and any point.
the sleepy headslights look sweet but my passenger one goes lower then the drivers side one.
i tried to adjust this with the srew dials right beside the headlight. and everytime you close them they go back to the same spot..... can someone give me some instructions on how to fix my problem.... thanks

Exactly what wire do you cut to make it able to stop half way down? thats pretty cool, sorry im not responding to your question, my headlights the left one goes a Tad bit faster than the right one, nothing big but if you're looking you can tell, maybe thats why, they just aren't completely in sync, or check when they are lowered or raised that they are ocmpletely at the same level?
