I just got a Black 240 SE coupe and i am wondering what is the best first upgrade(exterior styling) for my completely stock car. I am thinking about some 17 or 18 inch wheels but i dont know if that is the first thing i should do.

Seriously, at the risk of sounding like an ***, forget about the styling. IMHO it is dumb to look fast and still have a slow *** car. Unless you like being called a ricer. Do some engine or better yet, some suspension upgrades first.

It is ok if you are just talking rims and tires for styling because you can get better tires that way. That will probably be my next upgrade because I lose too much traction at the track. The tires on the the car suck and are almost bald.

 

I'm with autobot, I wouldn't worry about cosmetic. As far as getting wheels, I wouldn't go above 17s because after that, the wheels just get heavier and more expensive, and it'll end up slowing you down.

If anything, I'd go with suspension, especially if you ever plan to autocross the car.
