No prob. I help out where I can. If the noise is coming from the rear, I would have to say it has something to do with the differential. However, I'm not immediately connecting how disengaging the clutch could produce a sound way back there. Not unless the decrease in speed of the driveshaft is somehow causing the noise. Yeah, dude, I'm lost.

Well, in light of all of the cars major problems, i was very surprised that it sold for $2600 at a wholesale auto auction. That is the kbb value of the car in good condition. Nuts. I wasn't willing to pay more than $1300.
