Please help, SR question.

Ok heres what ive got, 95 s14 w/94 s13 sr20 swap. my problem is when i first get in the car, no matter how long ive been driving, i have a stutter problem between 2k and 2800 rpms, but only if im not under boost. If i run it to 5k in first and 2nd gear from the getgo the problem isnt there, but if i drive it normal then thats when i have the prob for the first 10 min of driving, then prob goes away once i boost up to 5k.WTF??? and it doesnt matter if ive been drivin the car fro 5 min or 5 hrs, if i shut off the motor and start it back up, the prob is there all over again! Do i have an ecu prob? I have already changed the plugs. any help would be greatly appreciated. If i havent clearified anything please ask and ill try to clear it up.
Thank you
Mike

hopefully thats helps you. if not, check the MAF connection, check your ground cables, and check the ground wire that comes off the coils. my buddy had the same problem but under high revs and it turned out to be a bad ground on that one wire for the coils.

The EGR system causes a hesitation around 2200rpm. Is the EGR still there or have you removed it?
