i would check at the BOV first..... if that doesnt seal.. you will have issues no doubt... i know i did. if you google *Boost leak tester* you can find out how to make one... you must find the leak with the car off.

well the one i used leak a little bit and the pcv valve grommet was torn went and got one that match it size and was for a ford . lol but i did some searching after i found the housing was stil leaking and i don't have a seal between the compressor housing and the back plat and was (or might still be ) leaking . dsm forums had a huge 3 page post about it i still made need an o ring they apparently have had problems with 50 trims on there dsm leaking and not having an o ring i used copper gasket maker ,as they had instructed . one used a small bead around the edge of the backing plate and let it cure (i wish i would have read through all the pages first )but i need to do another boost leak test and see what is going on . But my iacv screw o ring is leaking and the main part below it , so for now i drimeled off the plastic crap it had on it and used magna steel on it . so i will see some time this next wek if my problems ar fixed but i think they waste gate is opening to early i here a flutter sound when i hit 5 psi and i have the bov blocked off completely . hopefully this thread will help some one else going through the problems i have cause ive been trying to fix this for about a month now .
