Bottom End Assembly!!

Desided to dedicate today to the lower end. 5 hrs total. Appologize for the blurry pix my gf sucks at taking pix

Installed the crank, ACL crank bearings, thrust washers, and freshly cleaned piston coolers. All torqued, loosened, then retorqued in order.

Me torquing(if thats how you spell it)
Done!
Next is pistons

Wiseco 86.5 Forged

I put the rods with hardened ARP studs installed on the pistons and filed the ring gaps for turbo apps.

Rings, check

1 by 1 in they go.


Even with a snap-on ring compressor it was still a PITA and needed a little help. I use a plastic body tool i had. It worked perfect
That's all for now. I'll have more top end pics soon. I just picked up my head the other day. Its coming along

Power Housed on it this week.

I pretty much finished up this week. Its a actual motor again. Mad pix!

Arp Head Studs

New Front cover, Cam chain + sliders,and gears

Crank Pic and baffle plate

Oil Pan Mad clean

Done

Cleaned Mani

Painted Fuel Rail Caps and Polished Rail. 740cc Injectors too!

Installed polished Head w/ Cometic Gasket

Stage 2 BC Cams, BC springs, Greddy R.A.S. and new rocker arms

Valve cover and polished nuts installed. Half my pullies

I call it the Blurple top

Oversized Oil Pan

How it looks as of tonight. Its coming

It runs!!!!

Alotta Work in 5 days but it was all worth it!!!

It basically started 1st crank. Im pretty proud that there isnt any mess ups in my harnes and my complete rebuild. Let me know what you think

Ha ya i wanted to do it right the first time. It came out awesome im completely in love with it. It pulls like a mother. Thanks for all the credit
