AGX's are pretty decent unless you push the limits A LOT. You might want to stick somewhere between a 2.0-4.0 spring if you use them with AGX's, otherwise you can get Koni's (which can be built to match stiffer spring rates, but are a ***** to adjust dampening) or skip the spring/shock combo and go full coilovers.

As for spring rates in kgf/mm (S13 / S14):
============================
Eibach Prokit 2.0-3.6F* 2.0-2.7R* / ??F ??R
Eibach Sportline 2.5-4.1F* 2.3-3.6R* / 2.4-4.1F* 2.3-3.6R*
RS-R Down 3.1F 3.1R / 3.9F 3,1R
RS-R Race 5.0F 4.6R / 5.0F 3.5R
RS-R ti2000 3.1F 3.1R / 3.9F 3.1R
Tein H-Tech 3.3 F2.9R / 3.2F 3.1R
Tein S-Tech 3.7 F3.2R / 3.8F 3.5R
Whiteline 2.9F 2.4-3.7R* / 2.9F 1.9-3.2R*

* springs are progressive rate

I know there's a bunch of S13/S14 spring rate lists on other forums, but looking through them some list out-dated specs, so in the spirit of Thanksgiving I researched current specs for all of the above springs listed.

As for S14 vbgambini, you might get 0 wheel gap with Eibach Sportlines. However, the wheel/tire might rub if you have the wrong offset or a too-wide wheel measurement. I personally went from S-Tech's and GR-2's, to Koni's and RSR Race, but now I'm running Tein Flex coilovers with EDFC; doesn't matter what wheel I use, I can get 0 wheel gap whenever I want :thumb:

Has anybody had any experience with the new tokico d-specs?
