best non-coilover suspension...

since i cant afford a nice coilover system yet, nor do I really need it at this time(will eventually...) I am looking for a good system to buy(shocks/springs...).


any recommendations?

Well here are the prices i found, let me know if these prices look good....

Tein s-techs for $140 on
optionimports.com(good place to buy?)

KYB AGX for $388 on tirerack

Tein basic coilover systems are pretty affordable on ebay. Jfyi. I haven't had a chance to test them out so I don't really know if they are any good. I think they run for about $650.

AGX + RSR Race Springs, that's my new vote for "best non-coilover suspension". The RSR's blow away the S-Tech's performance-wise... not to say that S-Tech's are bad - they're pretty good too, and you can't beat the price for a real spring (not talking about $30 Ebay specials)
