Question can this be done safely?

I am short on $$, but i want to lower my car, i was jw if i was to get springs off ebay (temporary) and put them on my stock shocks, how would it affect my car? would it be safe? All i really want to do is lower my car alot, and i don't want to have alot/any body roll. does anyone else have any suggestions? thanx in advance.

Yea seriously he wants to keep the almost stock feeling but lower it like 3 inches and we are both wondering about eBay coilovers, I am running sportlines rite now and thats not low enough for him, but I went for these springs for the progressive srping rate and I have kyb shocks which make it even stiffer, Im pretty sure he`ll upgrade his shocks sooner or later. What we both want to know will it be safe running ebay coilovers like r1 racing sports so and so.

The shocks wont last for long, maybe a few months tops? Those coilover sleeves suck ***...I wouldnt even look at them. At least go for Ground control, they are the "high: quality crap
