Coilovers

I have a 91 240se w/ hicas. I was planning on getting apexi coilovers. Will this work out, ive heard mixed comments about coilovers not working w/hicas and some people said it doesnt matter.

the rear wheels on hicas obviously turns, and the rear coilovers must be engineered to allow it...

s.e.a.r.c.h. please, you're only making yourself look like an idiot. 44 posts you should know by now that an answer to a comon question like that is on the boards already.

OR

Do some research and see if Apex-i even has an application for a convertible. Maybe that'll work.

Its not like I've done no research. I've read posts and like I said seen mixed answers. And most companies websites for coilovers say 240sx in applications and dont specify hicas or no. I was just asking for a simple answer I'm not asking anyone to do research for me, just if you know or know someone to let me know what you know. Being upset that I'm asking a question and actually writing it down is a waste of time. But in the future I guess I wont ask.

From what i know and i have 240 with hicas you need an eliminator which in fact you can use to over-ride hicas and then.. thus changing it to allow for a change thats from my understanding as i have to do it as well for my upgrade in a few weeks.

***** *** comments like that tell me that all you did was read 2 or 3 post, didnt see what you wanted and decided to make a thread.

You could just go to the coilover manufacture site and see if there is an application available for your specific model. Instead of crying like a little girl.

Hicas = assed out on most 240 ****. Either eliminate it or live with shock and spring.

You should never come back. Go join zilvia and see how they treat you.

You fail at life.

If any of you other little girls get offended, then apparently you are the same way. So put up or shut up.
