Take off the E-Brake vinyl cover.
There is a 10mm nut on a bolt that connects to the E-brake cable.
That nut can tighten or lossen the nut for the E-Brake.
You will need a 10MM DEEP SOCKET.

So with that adjust and try it out till you feel what is best for you.
