i was searching around ebay during my computer class, and i came across these. would they be any good with a set of tokico blues??

i would rather **** in my own face.

terrible things. extremely bouncy, i could actually compress the springs considerably by standing on them. not the same "brand" but they are all the same. dont ask how/why i have experience with those.

they would blow out your dampers in about 10 min, then you would absolutely hate the ride, and end up having to buy new dampers and reinstalling your stock springs just to drive your car.

save a bit and buy a decent stock spring setup or buy coilovers (actual coilovers).

 

x2 suspension is the most important component of your car, dont cheap out..

yeaaaa. stay as far away as you can from those things.

 

youd be better of cutting your springs. or even better, saving up for coilovers.

i'll admit i actually bough some of these "coil overs". it took some time and a cylinder hone to make them fit. after about 2hrs i was done looked at them and said, and i quote, "i'm not putting this crap on my car".

Coilover sleeves are not the right way to go for a performance application. They are meant to be a low-cost option for getting an aggressive drop on show cars. If you just want the drop, these are fine. But if you plan to autocross, road race, or drift, save up the money for an entry-level set of coilovers. I recommend KTS.

 

Lawls yeah so basically they are complete bullshít.
I know coilovers could be expensive, but trust me they are worth it.
Even a set of Megan Street series feel nice.
