Good Settings for Tein HE Coilovers

I Know you guys have probably heard this one before, what are good settings for street use, track use and drift use of the Tein HE coilovers. You can submit the settings in that order thanks.

IMO damper valving is too tight for daily driving... that's why mine are for sale. But for mountain runs, I set them at 14f/12r and the car sticks like gum
