no they arn't ajustable
again you cant get them anymore cause they arnt in production for about the last year and a half.
with 12/10 spring rates and valvng set to **** you in the *** all the time they are no pleasrue on the street
the GR-6 are very much streetable an will offer you as much lowering as you need
and here is my car for days of old
