i know my rear-breaks are going bad. today i was gonna carefully drive the car to auto zone to get new breaks. but the car would not drive. like if i left the e-break up but the e-break was down all the way and the rear-wheels are locked up and i cant even budge them. what would be wrong???

Seized pistons
E-brake needs major adjustment or isn't functioning right

The piston(the thing that actually pushes down on the pa to brake) is seized shut. You will probably have to get new rear calipers...or see if you can actually un seize it somehow
