i got flex's too. I kind of want some stiffer springs tho.

Anybody have any idea if a set of HE springs will fit in Flex's? Where do you think i can go to get a set.

My friend bought flex's for his integra but got some 10/12 springs off of some coilovers from a civic. All brand new. i was wondering if you can custom for ours as wel.

HE springs will fit Flex... you can buy extra sets of springs from Tein or Eibach that also fit, but you have to stay within the range of the damper valving

interesting. So out of curiosity, what would be the range of damper valving for flex shocks and he springs?

+/-2... in other words, S14 Flex springs out of the box are 6/5, so you can go aywhere between 4/3 to 8/6 before you would have to get the dampers revalved at TEIN
