Damn mine does the same thing, I figured for sure it was the diff. man am I glad I read this thread!!! I almost tore apart my diff for no reason. p.s. ummm I'm not familiar with where these bushings are, could you give a better idea, and do they need to be pressed in or can I do it with a little elbow grease.

Yea mine does it as well when im shifting...I also dont exactly know where they are located...And are the ones from ctune just as good as the kazama ones?

ill take some pics..i just put a set of kazamas in but my bushings cracked and all the wonderful noise is all around again... *sighs*

Ok, i really don't have this problem, sometimes i get wheel hop, but not that bad, however i did pick the subframe spacers/collars to improve the rear suspension.

(FYI- '91 s13 hatch w/ almost 170k
WITH:
Autodynamic Tension Rods
Nismo Power Brace
Nismo Adj front Shocks
Cusco Camber Plates
Megan Racing front and rear Strut Bars
JIC rear Coilovers
J-Speed Traction Rods
J-Speed RUCAs
Cobra Racing Seat
Sparco 4-point Harness)

I've already broken 2 bolts while doing the rear suspension (RUCA's and traction rods) and (i think, or it looks like) the subframe bolts r welded to the car, and i'm worried about breaking those while doing the install, 'cuz it looks easy as hell as long as the nuts come off like they should. Any have problems like this? Or am i just worrying too much?

I think u should be ok, i had a lift and it only took me 10 minutes to put mine on..

Spray them with Kroil or PB Blaster for a few hours before you remove them if you feel concerned.

jack up the car and look at the rear suspension - it's all attached to a large frame (the subframe). Look at the 4 corners where the frame is attached to the chassis, and you've found the subframe bushings.

Subframe is held on by bolts. Subframe bushings are easy to access for installing spacers. If it's welded then someone really messed it up before you LOL
