Tire/Suspension problem???

I have a 95 240, with an s14 sr20det. I just recently put on kyb agx shocks. I have eibach springs.

A few weeks ago, I had a good amount of tread on my front tires. Now they are completley bald and the rubber is ripping off. I just bought new tires, but i wanna make sure that they dont go bald again. Any suggestions on this? I dont know what could be eating my fronts more then the rear.

Also, i have my front struts set to "2" and back to "6"
Unless i put the front to 4, my tires rub on the inside of the wheel well. evenn at 4 they still rub a little. i have 18" rims and the tires are 225/40/18. Can someone please help me.

Is the wear on the inner part of the tire?

If so, could be camber. Or could be toe in/out. Get a good alignment, close to factory settings so you can get good mileage out of your tires.

Did you get an alignment. You have to get an alignm, ent done when you put in new suspension. Your toe and camber settings must be way off from stock specifications causing all that tire wear.

I just got alignment (2 front wheel) and that helped alot, but my camber is a little off but ok they said. i wonder if my setting on the shocks have anything to do with tire wear.

Bad toe is the worst. A little bit of negative camber won't do as much damage. Come back with results in a month.
