I'm looking at Speedy lite 7 17" wheels. they come in 42 and 45 offset which should I go for, or is either one fine. Thanks in advance.

both of them suck(IMO), more like 30+ or 35+ is good. Go with 42+ if you have to

Does anybody know any decent wheels that come in 30 or 35 offset?

They are hard to come by, check out kosei and 5zigen. Old SSR and BBS wheels have nice offsets also.
