my stock wheels are 15" and the wheels i wanna get are 17"

um i have no idea i only need to know my lug offset or whatever it is soo i know that the wheels i get will fit on the lug pattern

Woah woah...offset is distance from its hub mounting surface to the centerline of the wheel. Your talking about lug pattern, its 4X114.3

I need to clear my z32 caliperss, I have a s13. Possibly getting 16x7.5 (f) what offset should I be looking for to clear the fronts.

To clear Z32s, its not only on the offset but also the wheel style. Im thinking 32+ or lower can clear em.

Like hyjnx pointed out it's the wheel style or spoke design that plays a pivotal role in clearing z32 calipers. I have a set of watanabe's with an offset of 22 that will not clear the calipers unless I run longer wheel studs and a thick spacer.

Yea, most companies inform you that that wheel design will clear big brakes or not
