Can I reach 400 rwhp??

OK so I just want to know if I can make between 375-400 rwhp with what I'm planning on doing. So here is what I want:

S14 SR20DET
Brian Crower 2.35 stroker
Apexi racing sunction intake
Circuit Sports 3'' downpipe
Greddy Intake mani
Circuit sports 3'' catback
HKS Type-s FMIC
HKS SSQV BOV
Koyo ALum Radiator
Nismo/Tomie 740cc Injectors
Walboro 255lph pump
Good Spark plugs(I dont know which yet)
Lightwheight flywheel, ACT clutch
Metal Head gasket
HKS RAS, valve springs, retainers, etc.
HKS step 2 Cams
HKS Turbo exhaust mani
Apex'i PowerFC
HKS EVC boost controller

So I think that is everything. How much boost would I have to run to get to my goal?I was thinking that somewhere around 15lbs would be good and reliable. I know I picked a kinda small turbo, but I really want the least lag possible because it will be a daily driver. SO yeah, tell me what you think, and give me any suggestions you have. Thanks alot.

Either I am blind, or you didn't list the most important part of determining how much power you can make....THE TURBO

What turbo!?!?!?

Haha I can't belive I forgot that!!! I think the Greddy GT2871R ball bearing. I have read that it is a good turbo, with good spool up. I really don't want a lot of lag, and i want a nice broad power band, so I thought that would be a good choice.

Daaaaang, I want MORE!!! Do you think there a a different turbo i could use for more power, but not gain too much lag?? To tell the truth, i really don't know if i am making a bigger deal of this lag thing...i have never even driven a turbo car but yeah...I want 400+!!!! Mwhaha(<--crazed laugh of a horsepower maniac)

Like people usually say, do you realize how much 400 whp is on a 240?

You are gonna need some fatty *** 305s or so to get traction with that....

That is a sick turbo though, I am actually gonna do that myself once I get the money, should be good for 350-400 like he said with a good setup and tune

Really, 305s? Do you realize how wide 305's are? I dont even know if those will fit without some crazy offset. 400hp in a 2700 lb car is insane, especially if you have never driven a turbo car before (or any car with that much power) then you dont know what you are getting into. Start small and work your way up. Lots of power + driver not used to high power car + temptation = bad things.

oki listen... at 15 psi it would take a ginormous turbo to give you 400whp.

BUT lucky for you it can be done at 17 psi on a gt3076r .63

NO way it's gonna happen at under 20 on a 2871 even on a .86 topmount.

head over to fresh alloy and search a little. there's dynos for all the turbos that'll get you your goal.

YEah for the traction=Volk GT-S 19X10.5
Handling that much hp=its not like I'm gonna get the car, put everything into it, and then drive it for the first time, I'm gonna do it in stages. I'll have driven it with the SR20 long before I start putting the big turbo on it, so i will be plenty used to it.

And another thing, I saw a S13 in Import Tuner magazine, with pretty much the same exact setup i want for mine, same turbo, but it didnt have the stroker yet, and they were pushing 375 at 17.6. They said that there next plan was to get the 2.2 stroker, so then they would be pushing 420+. So it sounds to me like I could easily get to 400+ with a 2.35 and the GT2871R

yeah thats what i said, I am gonna drive the car first, i'll probably keep the turbo on there for awhile, and then after i get other mods done, i will step up to the bigger turbo. It will mostly be a daily driver, and then after i get it modded i want to do some kinda racing. i have been really into drifting, but now i want to do time attack stuff. drifting is to popular now. idk. i will use it for some sort of racing eventually.

400+ whp for autox? thats ridiculous, hope you have sick suspension/breaks/tires because thats going to be a lot to handle on the track.. i'd rather be in a 200 whp car out there but thats just me.
