Well the timing needs to be set to 15 degrees (red top) I believe if that helps any I dunno if you knew that or not.

I had the same problem. My timing was WAY off. Retarded like 10 degrees. You want to put it at 15 degrees below TDC. This is the second tic mark from the right. (as you look at your crank pully). Definately check the timing, it is most likely your problem if you are building boost but not really going anywhere.

btw how slow was it before you fixed it,mine felt like i had at least 57.3 whp and 23.5 TQ
