Interesting: Comparison of KA24DE ports and Mitsubishi (turbo) ports

Although this pic is a KA24DE flange with an Accord gasket on top of it, it's been known that the Accord's ports exactly match up with a DSM turbo's ports.

If you look, although the DSM's ports are wider, they pretty much match up perfectly. These manifolds can be bought cheap from many DSM users or even ebay.

Then all you have to do is cut off the flang and weld this flange onto it. Of course you'd have to do a little bit of grinding around where the bolt holes are on the KA24DE flange but otherwise, it seems like maybe the cheapest to make a manifold yet?

What's your guys opinions?

why be cheap. do it right the first time and buy the correct manifold for your car. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...........wise words to live by.
