I have a very slight understanding on A/R ratios. Basically the A/R is the Area divided by the Radius of the housing itself. The larger the number I believe, the greater the lag. What kind of power are you looking for?

I think that turbo will be good for that kind of HP. Please don't take what I say as gospel, I try to give out the most honest, and factual info. I could be off. I'll tell you what helped me out tremendously in my research for turbo's and how they work. Pick up Corky Bell's "Maximum Boost". Its in paperback form and can be found at Barne's & Noble's, or other book stores. It'll be the best investment you made.
