Im pretty sure, but not completely positive I have a blown head gasket or cracked head on my 1993 Nissan 240sx with a CA18DET swap. Where can I find a new head for this motor? Where can I find true parts for this motor that are for the Silvia that the motor came out of? Is there a website that deals strictly with there hard to find parts for CA18DET's or other silvias?

look for and headgasket from a 88 Nissan Pulsor. NX with the 1.8 l CA18DE. same thing.

 

you could probaly use the head also. just swap manifolds....but dont quote me on that.

How do you know your motor came out of a silvia......

 

WELL, what else would it have come out of? I have never heard of any other RWD Dual over head Cam Turbo motors other than those out of a 180sx...Plus I know the mechanic who did the swap, he is from a reputable establishment here in Tampa called Z fever.
