power out of a boost controller

How much power can be added with just a boost controller and mostly stock everything else? On the SR20DET and the RB25DET.

that depends on how much you twist up the boost. make sure you have a gauge so you know. otherwise BOOM

I wouldnt push more than 10 PSI on a stock sr20. the side mount intercoolers will be too little then and you would have to step up to a fmic. i would also recommend some sort of fuel management like a AFC to add more fuel.
