litlle history, went to dyno to tune, ran 227 hp but was not able to control the 370 injectors underload.... think ecu problem

I was only runnig 7 pounds of boost till i was able to tune it then i was going to go up to 10...


as for the safc not working.... or not reading ..... the safc works fine,
i have checked the wires.... the decel air works, i can richen it up at idle till it smoke gas.... so i am able to control the injectors at idle it just underload that is seems that they run what the ecu has set as a low fuel curve.

I have reset the ecu , any other ideas what it could be?
