Question rebuilt sr redtop startup help!

ok, i just got the whole motor rebuilt. everything but a new crank

im having the same problem as before the rebuild.
IF i can get it started i have to hold the gas down and crank for like 15 seconds before it fires. once it does start i have to move the CAS around to get it to idle by its self. once that happens it will idle high then low and chug like crazy. 800 - 1200 rpms and then fall on its face and die. Then i have to start all over. i checked the MAF by unplugging it while it was running and it does the same thing. if i can get it started i pull the plugs and they are super fouled out and dripping with gas. clean them re-install and it wil run for a min or two then shut off. checked all coils and all are good. but there is a wire that is connected to all of the E connector on all 4 coils that is an " engine ground " that bastard shocked the **** out of me!!!
any info....please help.

i started it this morning and it ran for about 30 seconds and died. havent tried it sense

Thanks,
Jay
