i have an '89 240 and am going to put a '91 de into it. some guy that i know wants to make me a turbo kit for $2000. It comes complete with piping, manifold, intercooler, gerret t3 turbo and everything else. i was just wondering if that would be a good thing to do, or should i get a different turbo, and how much psi should i boost?

What kind of T3? Size A/R on comp/exhaust? What trim? Water/oil cooled?

If it is a complete kit and all of the parts are in new/remanufactured shape, it sounds decent.
