if you push enough boost so that the stock ecu can't manage the newly required fuel flow and other parameters that need to be adjusted, you'll need at least a piggyback ecu so the engine doesn't go kablooie, which would suck big hairy donkey *****

Since your going to have to upgrade the injectors I would suggest getting something for the ECU, you should be ok with an SAFCII

Thumbs up

I have read of people pushing 12 psi on stock engines. I'm not sure if this is with stock ecu though.

safc can control 50lbs injectors some ppl say it cant some ppl say it can but definatly 480cc from a s15 480cc gives u around 300hp so u can reach AROUND 300hp on safc and 480cc's BTW u will need a z32 maf stock maf maxex at 220 or 250hp not sure all this with the stock ECU

safely, I would use a walbro 255, z32 mafs, sr20 370cc injectors will work, I will suggest a wideband or something more than an safc, but an safc will work. I know people making 300+ on completely stock motors... ka-t.org for some good reference.

Your ECU Tune : Click Here

yes, i use a piggyback ( Apexi SAFC )

And yes...you will need a bigger fuel pump and injectors.......i can not stress it enough on how important fuel management is.....do not go cheap with the fuel management, this is very important!!!!
