then you can't register it, unless the car that is turbo'd aftermarket has CARB E.O.

^ No 240sx was sold in the country turbo'd, thus it's not legal. There are no 50-state legal turbo kits for the 240sx either. You cannot install a turbo into a 240sx and drive it legally on any public road or highway in California.

Now then, is there anyone else who hasn't researched the forum for this question? It's been covered A LOT.
