i have a 95 s14 and the power locks dont work and when i start my car sometimes he driver windows just goes all the way down AND if my window is all the way down on the driver side it wont come up for while, any ideas what could be wrong im thinking the switches are bad and besides what else could be the problem.

 

Check your fuses. I'd do that first. If it's a bad switch, try removing the switch itself, then have someone turn the car on while you meter the wiring that controls the windows. If it's going to +12 when you start the car, then it's making the window roll down.

...Sometimes it might not even be at the switch, but I would check there first, because it seems that your power locks and windows are on the same switch.
