Sorry I'm not an expert and don't know exactly where the problem is...

But did you try change the battery? Since the panel lights don't light up, it might be possible that the battery is about dead so not enough power to boost up the engine...

Hey guys, can anyone here help him?

Before I was thinking to change the battery but when I open the front light looks like the battery is ok but the problem is inside because also when I push the bottom of the windows to put them down he doesn't make even a noise and when you open the door of the car the seat bells are the ones that they run atomatically all over the door they don't even move they just stay still like if you were going to drive. the problem is only inside but it is the Alarm but I don't know how to diactivated this is really not easy for me today I was the whole day looking, checking and testing but nothing

Could there be a extra wire/cable running from the battery terminal that gives power to the alarm system, maybe if you cut that it could work. Do your headlights work or anything else that it outside of your cabin?

it really sounds like the battery to me, but if it is not, then put the key in the drivers door and unlock it manually, that is what controls the factory security system

you need to do a little more level 1 diagnosing. Use a voltmeter and see if your battery read ~12.6 like it should, because it sounds like it isn't. Is your alarm keyless entry? I'm assuming you have an s14 becuase i've never heard of an s13 with an alarm.

If this car come with the factory Alarm then it must be a starter kill. You might want to put the battery back to the car and lock the driver side door and open with the key. you might want to try it couple time and see what happen.

had the same damn problem.

yea i installed my alarm with teh basic features and hooked my battery up just to check everything out before i hooked up the rest of the sensors. well it all worked car started when dis armed and eveything just like it should. so i disconnect the battery again hook up the rest of my sensors hide all wires. hook my battery back up and the damn thing wont start! all it does is click, so i turned the lights on. bright as ever. batterys not dead. so im thinkin ok i must have made a bad connection on my starter interupt relay and when hid it i must have made the connection bad. so i go and connect it better. hook my battery back up and it still just clicks. check the lights again, still bright. i check the battery i've got good voltage. by this point im frustrated. i pull the starter interupt relay out completly still he same thing just a click. well this time i cleaned the (-) terminal on my battery and the connecter put it on nice and tight (with a hammer) lol tighten it down nice and good car starts right up. my guess is the 240 starter system is sinsative with power.

so yea basicly check your batter connections better could save you alot of time.

you can test your battery power by turning your lights on and try to turn over the engine....if they dim out like...really bad then its the battery....but thats a method you can use if your battery guage is messed up....

In a little trouble

Ok I am in a several problem now I bough a battery "INTERSTATE" a good one and is running ok. This car in the engine right corner in the back top theres a plastic things with some kind of chips and a red light and it has 3 cables red, blue and black I was a really mad when I made this because this car let me in the same middle of the high way also in regular roads when I try to start the engine he doesn't turn on the panel lights but when I open in the front I see a red light on I was really mad and I cut the 3 cables at the time and ok the car did start but inside the lamp lights it doesn't works and when I open the door the clock erase the time and when I close it he comes out and the running sitt bell on the top when I open the door when the car is off he supose to go down to let me out and he stay up and I have to push the bottom to take it out. and when I press the bottom of the lamps any one the clock erase. and some times the wipers they start with out pressing any bottom ???? and when I try to plug back the 3 cables of that mini rectangular plastic box the lights and alarm it doesn't come back again ? I am really tost here I wonder if I would have a cam and to show that plastic box because it looks original I guess that became original from it well thank you very much

That has got to be the longest SINGLE sentence I've ever read without getting lost.

Whoever had your car before you must have done some lousy wiring job. The plastic thing with chips I assume you're referring to your fuse box, but that's beyond the point. Right now from everything you're talking about, it sounds like you might have a pretty bad short (or combination of shorts) that can't be diagnosed wand fixed ithout actually probing and testing the car's electrical system. There's so much random stuff going on, if you were local I could maybe figure it out for you (with time... electrical problems are the hardest to diagnose) but since you're not, I'd get it checked out by a pro before it gets worse.
