Kind of off topic....but the reason we got "the shaft" is because Nissan didn't want "the shaft" by marketing cars over here that would not sell

agreed... then again, we over in the Western half of the planet mostly see only the best stuff Japan has to offer. I saw this one book that showed "Japanese inventions you never saw" and WOW for all the good stuff they come out with, there's like 10 things that aren't "spectacular" LOL

...shoes with "tap activated" umbrellas attached to them for when it rains, anyone?

confused

i may be wrong but if u jack up the rear of ur car and use the spin ur tires 1 way and the other sould go the same way method cant be right....if that was the case that would be like posi track(which i know aint posible).... limited slip means just as it says LIMITED SLIP...meaning the 2 rear tires do as they please under normal driveing conditions.....but if 1 tire begins to turn MUCH faster then the other(sliping) then the limited slip kicks in and then of course both tires pull......im just sayin this cause after reading the how-to check methods that i have read on here i jacked up my car , spun the tire, and the other went the other way..but the method just dont sound right(as i said before)....but all day long i can get to about 4000 rpms, dump the clutch and get 2 tire marks that are the same in length...(about 10'' in length.....i let off after that cause tire aint free)both marks SEEM to start and stop at the same time.......i just dont see how the spin tire 1 way and other should go the same way method can be right.......as i said before i may be wrong but if i am just explian why .........
