man a v8 swap s-10 is the shiz nit. i wanted one for my 94. but then i got a 240sx and fell in love. i call the s10 my wife and the 240 was my girlfriend. lol. there aren't much differences between the chevy s10 and gmc s15. but the new cars that are coming out have better stuff in the gmcs than in the chevy. bastages!

 

Plus GMCs have strengthened chassis compared to their Chevrolet counterparts.

Just yank that V8 out of that truck and put it in a 240.

 

I would never do that, but I am looking to get a 240 as a DD so I can get decent mileage

Theres a lot of guys putting LSx engines in their 240s. Maybe you would be interested in that? 30mpg!

 

LS are cool, but for some reason I am not a fan of them in S-cars.

and for bighroder, why do you say you drive a S15, and also say that its made in the USA? not to diss my own country but you know America cant make great cars like that.

 

It is mostly because my s15 was made in america. If you would have read the thread you would know that
