1.) I recently found a 1992 Nissan 240SX Fast Back w/164K Miles on it and is 100% Bone stock for $2500. I am highly considering buying it and am wondering if its worth it?

2.) I have been looking on the internet at SR20DET's at www.srswap.com. If I was to buy and install a: Red Top S-13 Engine, Apexi N1 Exhaust, A Blitz BOV kit, Greddy Boost controler, and Apexi Turbo Timer; What would the aprox. HP be and is it worth the $$$$$? Thanks,

Any and all coments and recommendations are needed!!!! You people here on club240 are great car enthusiasts and are very wise(well at least a lot more so than my self!!) and helpful! It is mostly because of you guys(and gals) that I am trying so hard to get a 240! Thanks for all of your help with everything!

The price for the car is all right...i would try and lower him to 2k

As for the SR....I say you will looking at 220-240 at the flywheel if you up the boost up to 10psi. Upgrade to a FMIC and you can get a little more.

 

I ended up getting it for only 1600ish!!! But needs alot of work!

 

With my red-top sr20det, i had the following
-greddy FMIC
-Apexi n1
-GReddy 3' down pipe
-HKS turbo timer
-pump Walbro 250cc
- K+N intake

With these mod's i was 240hp too the RW according to the dyno

-now i have added HKS camshafts

Now im seeing 290 too the RW

But good luck with the car man, theyre alot of fun
