If your putting an engine in ti or drifting
DO NOT GET A CONVERTIBLE.
To make them legal you need to add about 50 pounds of bracing and your chassis will not ba as strong.

Im not drifting, so would it be hard to make the s14 a convertible. Would it be too much to modify or too much money?

I'm more than willing to bet it'd be way easier and cheaper to just buy a new 350z roadster or even the next gen. RX-7 (which will only be conv.) in a couple years.

will be getting a S13 convetable when i am done with my KAT S14. i am thinking of a SR with it...keeping it pretty much stock and just as a weekend cruzer. but getting rid of the convert part all together and installing a roll cage for stiffness...when i am done i will be one impressive little car.
