Hey, Give me some feedback...
I want to get some peoples feed back as to what would be the best engine swap for a S13 fastback. This car is going to be my non daily driver so I'm thinking i want something in the 400 - 450 hp range. Another thing i was conserned about with the different engines what type of power curves they have as far as torque, turbo lag, etc. When comparing all of the numbers of the ones i was considering (SR20DET Blacktops, RB20DET, RB25DET) it is hard for me to deside which one would fit me best. Cost is not going to be a huge issue but I plan on doing the swap myself so i know there will be issues with the RB series.
Any feed back would be nice thanks.

For 450hp the RB25 will get you there for less money then a SR. Anything lower then 400, the SR will be the better bet. For 450 with a RB you will be looking at around $15k or more.
Why not go with a S13 redtop. They are cheaper then the blacktops. You can get around 350 for around $10k or so.
(these figures are very general. If you get used parts and do the install yourself, it will be cheaper)
Also before posting do a search. This has been posted many times but since you are new I helped you out. Just next time search for your question and I am sure it has been answered. If you don't get the answer you want then post it.
