rb25det good or not

hey guys i found this rb25det and i just wanted to know if it a good deal or not.
this is what they guys put about it\

Up for sale is a 1997 R33 Skyline GTS turbo motor. This motor is single turbo and is well suited for the 240sx, 240z, or 300zx swaps. The motor its self is out of a R33 skyline. You can tell because the R33 had coil packs. The motor is complete except for the following.
Turbo, Throttle body (any 300zx tt one will work) CAS, Also everything has been checked on the motor by performing a complete dissasembly. Motor needs new head gasket because we removed the head. I can get one for you. The motor will also be reassembled with pictures of the internals so you know they are in excellent shape. Here is what the motor includes

RB25Det Block. Painted Silver
RB25det Crank (no scar marks)
RB25det Main cap girdle
RB25det Rods
RB25det Pistons
RB25det Oil Pump
RB25det Water pump
RB25det Oil squirters
RB25det Oil filter bracket and oil cooler
RB25det Head Complete with valves Springs retainers and lifters
RB25det Cams
RB25det cam gears
RB25det timing belt
RB25det Timing belt tensioners
RB25det rod, crank bearings
RB25det Valve covers
RB25det Coil packs
Rb25det Oil pan
RB25det Rear main seal
RB25det Bolts and nuts
RB25det Intake Manifold upper POLISHED
Rb25det lower intake manifold
RB25det Exhaust manifold Black heat coated
RB25det coilpack harness
and some other stuff that has slipped my mind right now.
The motor is availible for viewing in san jose every afternoon.
Pleae give me a call if interested. Proce is negotiable

it says its missing some stuff and i just wanted to know how much it would be to get it working and if its a good deal he's only asking $1000 for it

no trans or anything?? Hmm...Im not a pro but 1k sounds about right for engine. Maybe a lil less...i dunno. What do you plan on doing with it? replacing a RB25 or doing a complete swap?

If I got it I would just keep it and build it so it work then put it in my 240 once the engine I have starts to die. The only thing that concerns me is they money issue I don't want to buy thinking I got a good deal then end up paying more they I would have just getting a front clip. I was thinking of getting a ca18det because there cheaper then the other engines, but if this is a good deal I rather get this and just wait awhile to do a swap.

You still need to get quite a lot of sh*t in order for it to be up in running in your 240. And it will cost ya quite a lot of money, look forward to be spending AT LEAST 4k on it.
