s13 KA to s14 KA......problems?

im swapping a s13 KA (sohc) to an s14 KA (dohc). and after searching the forum and finding no answers, im trying to figure out what all changes will need to be made, i know i will have to relocate the power steering resevoir along with the lines, the ac lines will need to be relocated also (not a major concern), and other things of that nature. but my main concern is that the s14 is an internal coil and the s13 is external, what problems if any will i come across. i am using the s14 wiring harness, and s14 ecu. does the body harness plug into the same ecu as the engine harness? my theory was that since i am using the s14 wiring harness and ecu that all problems would be solved. but thats just my theory.

you will have to splice wires to make the s14 harness work with thr s13 chasis there will be two connections (brown and grey) behind the battery that need set up using a wiring diagram found probably at heavy throttle
