Z32 MAF is NOT direct compatible with the RB25

What parts did you change on the motor BEFORE installing it?

If you are idling at 2000RPM the engine is in limp mode, a couple things will cause that & the most common is MAF problems.

Throw the ECU into diagnostics mode & see what codes you get.

how many flashes do i need to make it go into diagnostic mode. in otherwords after i turn the dial to start the flashing.

Once it starts flashing, count the flashes....five & five is all clear. Anything else let me know the flashes, short & long, and I will tell you what it means.

well for starters the plugs were wrong, so who ever had the engine before me put the wrong plugs in. i of course followed suit. i got the right plugs in the timing is advanced to 15 degrees it was at 5. now it only sputters before boost. im still working on it though. if anyone has a better idea of what is wrong let me know, please.

well its back to sputtering. the mafs is not a z32 mafs. now its hardly driveable. i also rewired the mafs and soldered it again. soldered it just for completeness sake.
