Ok so i have disscussed this topic in many turbo forums and would like to get feedback about what you guys think. I have owned in the past a Civic SI turbo, Jetta 1.8t and currently Sr20 swap 240 and my weekend car which is a SupraTT. From my knowlege i think the Civic Turbo was a waste. Cracked the turbo in less than a year. Jetta was a waste cuz it was too slow but reliable. And now my SupraTT is a ***** to maintain lots of freakin cash goes in to keep it in good condition. SR20 is prolly the most easy to maintain until i failed my smog test. I also feel its reliable too. Havent had any problems with it yet. knock on wood. How bout you guys? do you feel your SR20 is reliable?? I mean i got my engine from a friend from kali who imports engine so i know i got a good engine with low miles on it. My brothers sr20 seems reliable but his IC pipe once literally ripped, but other than that seems ok. ok so.....How reliable do you think your SR20s are......??
