wondered about the swap?

wondered about the swap?

Do most people just drop the engine into the car... or go in and do clean up and replace pistons cams and what not?

Just wondering...

well when i do my swap ima clean my engine a lil on the outside and clean my engine bay. Thats about it..

I changed the water pump, thermostat, oil and timing belt. That was all I did to the motor. As for the car I stripped the engine bay and repainted EVERYTHING!

i wanna do what he did, but i dont have the supplies to paint my car... and i dont have the shop to do it.

I got lucky, PPG donated all the paint and working in a shop, the painter got to paint it during normal business hours on the bosses dime!!! Same with the exterior. Cool, huh?

omg thats so lucky....i could pay some shop to paint it but...my money can go towards better things for my engine and etc.

LOL! With an RB25 in your 240 I think you would come up being broke and if not, let me get some of that major cash flow!
